No one thinks Missouri "pulls the plug" (sorry for the Micheal Sam reference) after another horrible year?? Doubt many even know the name of the coach Odom is the Mizzou coach, and yes I think he could be on the hot seat. Also Muschump will be feeling the pressure at SC.

Let's say there are two firings in the SEC, and another 5 or 6 in the big schools. Usually it seems there are 8 to 10 moves each year.
The question is, before the AD pulls the trigger, who are they looking at to fill the void? Who are the coaches who will replace these Power 5 HCs who get the ax? Are there enough "big name big time top tier" replacements available to replace two or three in the SEC and maybe another handful elsewhere? Or enough "hot assistant up-and-comer coach!" who is at a mid-level school now?
I think Jones and Sumlin are probably goners. Gus, too, if Auburn falls on their dicks again. Does Missouri even matter?

Everyone keeps saying auburn "needs to win 10 games" Which means they upset 2 of the 4 games they are underdogs @clemson @LSU uGA Bama This doesn't consider that every single year they lose to someone they shouldn't. Chances they sweep Ole Miss, Miss St, @Ark and @A&M is slim, let's be honest Wouldn't count on a bowl win, with Gus being 1-3, and the win being a Birmingham bowl

Yes, there several issues with firing coaches. Myers/Saban have murked up the water on expectations. The media will get behind a coach, assistant or head, and they will be the greatest thing going. TODAY...TODAY, if Gus quit, who would Auburn target?? The media isn't pushing anyone as great until about Sept.
