If I'm dressed, I have a pistol in my pocket. My EDC is a Keltec 32ACP. I want something larger. I'd like at least a 9mm. Is there a 9mm out there that's truly small enough to carry in a front pocket, without printing? With my Keltec in a modified holster, nobody would ever know I had a firearm in my pocket. I'd like to know what some of you own and how concealable it is. Actual experience preferred.

You might could get away with a kimber micro 9, but I've had Kahr CM9, Ruer LC9, a Shield, a Sig P290 and a Glock 26 ... I liked everyone of them, but none were a true pocket gun. I guess if you wear something like dockers or something with bigger pockets, maybe you could, but the problem I had was the pockets of jeans were to small too be able to draw quickly, and the pockets of dressier pants were so big that anyone standing beside could look into my pocket and see I had a gun

It depends on your pocket size. I wear slacks or chinos to work every day and I can easily put a g26 in my front pocket and carry it but it's awfully heavy to the point of being uncomfortable. I have a sig p290 that fits pretty well and isn't bad on weight if you balance it out with a couple of mags. Well. had a 290 - Mrs. Geno got her hands on it and it's been in her purse ever since.
In jeans - nothing fits even close. I have been wanting to put a micro or a sig p938 in my pocket and see how it fits. I really like a 1911 type weapon. I know they still wouldn't fit in jeans though - i can barely get my Beretta jetfire .25 in there.

Larry's in H'ville has those S&W Sheilds for I think $200 out the door. I think all the rebates are instant but I would check before the drive I'm not 100%. I don't have one but if that doesn't work I don't know what will.
Maybe that or a Sig 938 in a custom holster made to look like a wallet in your back pocket but front pocket is gonna be tough with 9mm.

I have, and still do on occasion, pocket-carry a Kahr CM9. Typically in blue jeans or Columbia PFG shorts.

I can pocket carry a shield in a couple of different cargo shorts from Academy.
Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.
Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.
Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

The kimber would be my choice of the ones out there you talking about the Kimber Solo or the Mirco 9? I know the Kahr CM/PM9 is a hair smaller than the Solo. not sure about the Micro 9 though.

Brad, I think you would probably be better off with a single stack that allowed for a frame clip. That would allow you to clip the firearm inside your pocket or better yet, inside your waist line with no holster. I know they make them for Glocks and I have one on my kel tec .32. I like it a lot better than a holster because it's less noticeable and more comfortable, imo.

Thanks for the replies. I wear jeans and an untucked shirt at the shop every day but I still need something to pocket carry on Sundays when I'm wearing slacks and a tucked in shirt.
