Only got 2 years of suspended privileges as a repeat offender. He should be banned for life. He was on LA game commission for 8 years and served as chairman. He knows better. People with money can get away with anything but should be a better example to youth especially after serving on a game commission for so long.

Yep. And he also land locked some owners in the middle of his land if I recall. He seems like a total douche bag. Wasn't there a big basically illegal scheme about how he got the land in Lousianna? Maybe politics and money to the right people.
