Sorta, It will be hitting the front at its weakest point so it will move with the Earth's gravity and the steering winds at the same time. Think of it as a spinning toy top on a table, if you bump the top from the right it will move left but if you lean the table to the right the top will move right. But if you bump it and lean the table at the same time it will move up.
