There is a small chance for a spin up simply due to shear but, overall, the tornado threat for Alabama will be very low.
I disagree, any tropical storm or even a depression spins up a lot F-0 or F-1 tornadoes. The threat for them should always be high. Harvey turned out two F-1 tornadoes over here and that damn storm was in Texas.
