Unless you have a better pic. I don't think you have anything. You cannot see the guys face. So, you cannot prove it was him.
Is this not the same as eeerbody on here complaining about redlight cams and getting tickets?

Date on camera is Feb and it's 114 degrees? That might be a problem Funny story.... My son put another camera up on the feeder because he didn't see this one. It has the correct date/time stamp. Funny how that worked out. I am guessing he has better pictures

Heck - just ask him what the hell he did it for. Tell him you wanted to hear it from him why he did it before you went to the local sheriff. Prob will hear some BS but I always try to hear from the culprit before I take action. x2 with picture in your back pocket.I confronted a guy about tresspassing and stealing a camera that I had pictures of him doing. That whole deal worked itself out really well by going that route. If he decides to be an ass you can decide what level of redneck to apply then. The last thing you want is an on going battle with him during deer season.Filing a report and telling him you can sign it any time should be done just in case.

Id take the pictures to him and a bill for a new feeder. If he refused to pay for a new one Id go the law enforcement route. Either way he would get the message.
if he keeps on being a problem his tractors hydraulics might be low in water and need a filling.

I assume for trespassing? Do I even have the right to pursue that since I only lease the property I hunt? Its the same as renting a house.. Someone breaks in, you have the right to pursue charges No, his first instincts were correct. The landowner would have to pursue the Trespassing unless he has been designated as the property caretaker by the landowner. Criminal Mischief though is a different matter. Do a report with the Sheriff's Dept. first. If you decide to sign a warrant, you have a year from the date of occurrence. I thought that when you sign a lease, whether it be for a house, hunting property or whatever that you become the caretaker of the property not trying to debate you because your LEO, just seeking clarification A lease just gives you access to hunt on the land. A separate letter from the landowner, unless it is designated in the lease is needed to make you the "caretaker". I know this because two of our neighbors got into a spat and this is how the GW handled it. This is different than if you lease a home as your domicile. Different standards apply between your rented home, which is still your "castle" legally, and land that you lease to hunt on.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Different standards apply between your rented home, which is still your "castle" legally, and land that you lease to hunt on. This is not right. A lease is an interest in land. A license (which many landowners use to give hunting rights) is a personal right to be on property for some approved purpose but does not give an interest in the land. You can sue in civil court based on a leasehold interest, and you have the right to pursue criminal trespass or other property crime claims.

People do some stupid stuff over hunting ground. Hope you get it taken care of. I know some places that lease land hate getting into confrontations with adjoining landowners.
Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

Everyone says lease, but under the law it's different than obtaining the exclusive right of possession of a dwelling.

Bruh,
Go to lowes and buy a bag of grout. Mix it up thin and add it to his engine oil and hydraulic fluid reservoirs.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.

Remind me not to piss you off. That is just wrong on so many levels. I kinda feel bad that I never would have thought of that.

I'm gonna go out a limb here, and recommend you follow the LEOs advice. Destroying his property will only lead to criminal charges against you. I probably would not have put any of this on the innerweb and just handled it privately.
