HE HE I detect some sarcasm, but just in case some may not know. The Texas cougar and Florida panther are basically the same animal. You have to compare thier DNA to tell the difference between the two. And yes I am one of those who has seen a female panther/cougar in Florida that had two little one with her about 1/2 her size. They crossed in the road about 30 yards in front of me heading into a swamp about 15 years ago. There was one killed on the interstate a few years before that siting as well.
