Robert I don't envy your job. Years ago I knew everyone who came in the local John Deere store. I knew everyone working there and I knew everyone who came in there. I would hang around and sometimes just sit and BS for an hour or two.
But now, there's so many sandal wearing, Panama Jack's come in there looking for a padded seat cushion for their new kiddy tractor. They just bought 1.25 acres in the middle of town and call it a farm.
I actually went to show one of them how to connect his new post hole digger to his tractor a few weeks ago.
He bought a post hole digger and had no clue how to connect or use it. He couldn't figure out that it Replaces the center link. He was trying to connect TO THE CENTER LINK.
