Is it possible?

I hear you on needing higher flow on a FEL. You would need a cab with thick glass to run a mulcher and the radiator might be vulnerable on a tractor. I have seen PTO driven mulchers.

So you have seen one set up like I'm talking about? Any idea who made it? Someone oughta sell a kit with a small head, a high flow pump, and all the hoses and connections you would need to do it.

I considered trading my dozer for a skid steer with a mulcher, and even talked to a couple of dealers. All my dozer work was done and I could have really used the skid steer back then. The problem was that there were no used ones around and it would cost way too much to trade for a new one. Used dozers are for sale everywhere, but back then the only way to buy it new.

I really wouldn't have that much use for one now. More than a decade of burning has cleaned the place up pretty well.

I saw it behind a state tractor on the interstate a few years back. Looked kinda like a tiller but it was a mulcher. I haven't seen one since. www.fecon.com Look at the bull hog.
