Maybe or maybe not. I remember the 4yo boy who was shot by his uncle about 10 years ago. There's no law could punish that man worse than what he lives with. I agree with Out Back....the adult in this situation will have his or her "feet held to the fire" every waking moment for the rest of his or her life. A mistake was made and a horrible accident happened that this person will replay over and over in their mind from now on. Nothing can bring that little girl back but maybe someone can learn from this tradgedy.
