I don't think an election can be declared null and void after the fact. Talk about a major constitutional problem. Not to mention civil unrest.

Technically, the Republican majority will remain intact. But John McCain and a couple other republicans have made it their mission to be a thorn in Trumps ass, and can't be counted upon when needed.

Under Alabama election law, if the party formally ends their support for him and announces that he is not their endorsed candidate, then if he wins, the election will be null and void and another election would be held. Same thing if he removes himself from the race. This is according to John Merrill the Sec. of State. The same thing would happen if he died before the election.

That is a lot of ifs, but I suspect that if the State GOP did that then the Governor would cancel the election.

If Judge Moore sexually assaulted her previously why would she say nothing about it in terms of him being the judge in the divorce case??? It makes no sense. Any normal person would have told their divorce lawyer about it and asked the judge to recuse himself.

According to court documents, it's true. Also, Moore wasn't DA when the alleged groping occurred. He was assistant DA.

Does anyone know what her name was at the time of her divorce? If so, I will look it up. There is not divorce in Beverly Young or Beverly Nelson in Etowah County.

Doekiller not being able to find a record of her divorce in Etowah in her name raises a question as does the fact that the yearbook signature could possibly now turn out to be a forgery. Evidently Moore's attorney seems to think it is based on the fact that he's demanding access to the yearbook.

So what happens to all the accusers if the yearbook turns out to be a forgery? Will all the accusers then be fully investigated to determine it they received payment of anything of value in exchange for their accusation?

If the yearbook turns out to be valid, I think it validates the accusations to the extent that Moore's goose is cooked and he should withdraw immediately.
