In all seriousness, I think AU's biggest issue now is that with all the SEC and other FBS openings, that AU's staff gets poached. Lindsey recruited my son, so I know him personally. He's got people knocking on the door this morning asking if he's ready to leave AU and take his first D1 HC job.

He's a freaking great coach and one of the best offensive play callers I've seen. He'll be a dang good HC with just a little bit more seasoning. I really think that he's bounced around a lot in the past 3 years, all for more $$ and better jobs but he needs to stay someplace for at least another year or two. In full disclosure, he did not recruit my son while he was at AU. It was another school and he left 2 weeks before signing day for a $400,000 raise. Can't and don't blame him for that.
