JT you could turn this whole thread on it's head with complete humility brother. I'm pulling for you man cause I want to see your next buck and another off the reservation story. Not to mention you may be the best multiple poster of all time in my book. Seriously try to be a lot more humble man and that will solve most of your problems. I’m trying. And I have tried. Just get a little pissed with some of the stuff some ppl say.

That my brothers Yukon that’s blacked out. Look at top left of pic and you will see another truck. My brother brought my dog in his Yukon from foley to the Wma. I will settle that part straight for you. And that is a soft bow case in the Yukon but that’s from his bow. Mine was our back in my truck. The first thing you always do with your nice equipment. I hate the DV case was opened up, but unfortunately that is what happens on the interwebs... In regard to the fishy deer story: Why was your brother's bow out of the case in his yukon if he came from Foley with the dog? If he was hunting, I assume it would have already been put away for his drive.

JT, I'm impressed that you have kept responding. I hope you are realizing the power of forums like this and posting in them. I agree with DAX about the attitude of humility. Now that you have said that you are "lucky and fortunate enough to kill 1-2 bucks over 130 each year. All weighing over 200", you will be forced to prove it by showing some pics of 1 or 2 deer this year that match that description. By making such a bold claim, you have painted yourself into a corner. Experienced hunters are right to ask why you would shoot the deer in the pic if that is the case. An old friend of mine used to say, "If you are gonna be stupid, at least be tough." I think most of us here see that you brought a lot of this on yourself. They were just poking, but once you poked back, it got deep. Bro, take a breath.... Let tomorrow be a new day for you and this forum. I'm sincere when I say that my prayers are with you. Yep he only has 2 left better have them tied to a tree in Dallas county. I'll be waiting for pics and don't be fish posing either.

The next guy that post a picture of a big deer will that may have done everything right on could suffer because of this.
Ya that's right. Because of all this crap, there was some people that I don't think believed my story of me killing my biggest marsh deer ever. Y'all need to keep yalls chit straight.

JT I said it earlier and I'll say it again I believe that deer was killed with a bow. If anybody would bother to enlarge the picture they can see what looks like two, approximately 1" lines radiating out from the hole, one at 12:00 and one at 4:00. I can't make out a third line at 8:00 but it looks close enough to a broadhead to me. There is swelling around the wound and I don't know if that could have closed it back up or not. People should look more closely at the pic.
As for hunting with a rifle on a non rifle day, this is an easy mistake to make which I nearly did and would have done last year on Cahaba if I hadn't run into another truck shortly after entering the wma. We stopped to chit chat, it was on a Sunday, I had my dates mixed up and if the guy had not pointed that out to me I would have been in a tree with rifle in hand.
I hate to say it but I'm not sure you can win this battle in this forum. Haters gonna hate. A lot of this is the same high school bravo sierra that so many of us couldn't wait to get away from. I love the truth as much as any man. It is my opinion that a lot of what is going on is not truth seeking it's little and medium sized dogs wanting to up there position in the pack at your expense.
At this point, even if you were lying, and for the record I don't think you are, it's pretty sickening to see you keep getting kicked but I don't think it will stop. You're correct, it doesn't much matter what you say to some folks.

If you have land with such good bucks running around then why in the heck are you wasting one of your 3 buck limit on the 80” 7 pt.
Because only "real hunters" hunt on public land?

You're correct, it doesn't much matter what you say to some folks. Hell, according to him he signed his name and swore to a lie in a court of law. He shouldn't have any problems at all lying on a hunting forum. I dare any person on this forum to claim with a straight face that they've never lied. Even when we hate lies and liars everyone one of us has done it and will do it under the right circumstances. Some won't think twice about it and some will be eat up with self loathing over it but everyone of us has done it and will do it again. Some lie to try and make themselves look better, some do it to gain advantage, most do it to try and avoid trouble or the consequences of their actions, some do it by simply withholding the truth or allowing someone to believe something that they know is not true. Be sure though that all of these are lies and we have all done it. Is it really so hard to imagine that someone would be willing to put their name on a hand written statement that was not true under the promise, from someone who should be trustworthy, that "it would all go away"? I'm not saying he should have done it but it's not hard to understand why. You're also naïve to think that their aren't plenty of women in this world who would not hesitate to employ our judicial system to wrongfully punish the men who make them angry. I'm not saying that's what happened, I'm saying I wasn't there that night and neither were you and so how can any of us possibly decide what he's guilty or not guilty of. You can't, and apparently neither has the State of Alabama if in fact there has been, according to DK, no resolution to this case yet. Another thing I'm pretty sure of is that there is not a person on here that would have these kind of conversations face to face with a coworker, neighbor, church member, etc. One of the worst things about the internet is that it dramatically increases the opportunity for gossip and not only that, now we can include our abuse directly to the person being gossiped about where as normally you'd simply say these kinds of things behind their backs.
