why didnt they taze him? Its pretty effective. They can hit you, but its supposed to be open handed. I heard this kids orbital socket was busted up. Seems a little harsh to me, But like i said. The kid could have avoided this by complying. depends on the situation hard to aim and run at the same time then if he had a few cops trying to restrain him would be hard to get a clear shot
