I was thinking they might need the State Trooper for the equipment but I was just speculating they wouldn't have it.

What equipment?

A breathalysizer or whatever its called. As I said, I don't drink so I don't know what driving or hunting while intoxicated entails. I was just curious because of some things I've seen in the past. Not something I NEED to know.

That applies to driving. The only crime I could see is if the level of intoxication is so high and the person is shooting a gun with others around then reckless endangerment could apply.

Public intox applies to public area so if you are not on private property then that could be a charge.
