I would imagine that the correct charge would be Public Intoxication, which is simply being intoxicated to the point you are a danger to yourself or others. If you have a gun it should be pretty easy to get a conviction on it if you show any signs of intoxication.
I don’t think there is a specific charge either. I’m not sure what someone would be charged with if they were on private land hunting 3 sheets to the wind
