My dream vehicle doesn't exist.
I'd like a time machine.
Something I could climb in and go back a couple hundred years.

I finally got one of mine this year. 72 chevy Cheyenne super pick up, short wheel base. I'm also building a 69 c10 short step side that should be back on the road by fall. I'm done.

If we are dreaming...I'd say a 77-79 extended cab F-250, or Bronco, built with some modern technology, like having a 7.3 liter diesel, lifted, mud tires, winch, etc...

Mine is to be able to afford to get my grandfather's truck dependable with a fresh coat of paint on it, revamp the inside too. It's an 86 Cheverolet Scotsdale.

I have a 69 c10 sitting in the shop now. Hopefully I will get started on it shortly

I guess I'm just practical. I fantasized about automobiles in my teenage years but now I'm all about being pragmatic. I'd just settle for a fully-loaded Tacoma. But at $45,000, it is still a dream vehicle.

A clean old school Bronco or International Scout or big old Suburban or Dodge Power Wagon. Any of those would be nice.

The frame, mounts and suspension to hold that Cummins up would be quite a trick.

That looks awesome. I hope I don't derail the thread, but I really wonder how long these screens will last. I've got touch screen and nav in the truck I just bought, and plan on keeping it along time. I am not really worried about the drivetrain, but all the peripheral bells and whistles on these trucks and having to get them fixed and/or replaced.

I used to dream about old vehicles, but once modern trucks started to get really nice, I realized old vehicles ride, drive, and stop like old vehicles.

My 2016 Ram 2500 diesel rides better than a lot of cars, has 4wd, and gets well over 22 mpg highway unless I get in a hurry.
