I have an older (grey stock) version in .270. It shoots under 1/2 " off the bench if the fore-end is supported just in front of the mag well. I love the roller tang safety--you just need to do some dry-fire practice to get used to the three positions. The stock spacers are great for shortening the stock to fit over winter clothes. If you are buying an older used one, cycle the action and look for a very stiff bolt lift. They changed the bolt cam in later versions, but some of the first ones were very stiff.
