If I had 20 grand laying around I'd quit today and start cutting grass pressure washing and doing general handy man stuff full time tomorrow I did this for a while. Bout worked myself to death. Once your name gets out and you establish yourself as trust worthy, you'll get more calls than you can possibly cover. Also, research window washing. I know it sounds silly, but there is serious money to be made and it's minimal investment. I made $400-$500 a day sometimes doing residential windows, but commercial windows are more reliable and steady income. i hung up my welding hood and started my own lawn care business. Like he said you work yourself to death and have to deal with idiots every day but I’m happy and can do what I want when I want. It’s hard getting started but once you get established if your a go getter there is a lot of money to be made
