We just got to UAB. My son is being brought down here via ambulance. After we left, a family member that stayed with him said he woke up and tried to get out of bed, so they had to sedate him again for the transport down.
Yeah, well, I always heard there were three kinds of suns in Kansas: sunshine, sunflowers, and sons-of-bitches.

Prayers sent. How old is he? He is 3. He’ll be 4 at the end of May. We are still waiting for the Neurologist to send him to get an EEG. Hopefully that will happen soon so we can get the breathing tube out of his throat and let him wake up. Wish I could trade places with him right now.
