No.
Each wire should be in a separate terminal.
You can place the neutral conductors in a grounding terminal, in the main panel, where they are bonded.
Or, if you must place two grounding conductors in the same terminal, they must the same size and type wire.
The codes and terminology can be confusing. This is another reason why it's always best to hire an electrician.
