That looks really good. Have you been keeping up with your hours and materials cost? I’d be interested to know how much you’ve got in it.
I really need to do that. Most of my money has been spent at either Lowes or Webb Building Supply in Centre, AL. My plan was to pull up my credit card records and tally it all up soon.
As it stands right now I've only paid to contract labor something like:
$1000 for foundation $3500 for framing $500 for plumbing $1000 for carpentry $1000 for misc.
So that's $7000 in labor costs so far not including Mrs. Irish and myself.
