I was told by a LEO that in Alabama you can be charged with DUI for riding a horse while over the legal BAC limit. How many of y'all have ever been riding a Off road vehicle on private property drinking a beer? If you pull onto a public right of way, DUI. In the eyes of the law, both of these offenses would be the same as the guy who is sloppy drunk swerving all over the road. It's just as illegal on private property. Driving while intoxicated anywhere anytime.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Pretty sure DUI is one of the few offenses that can be written on private property, as well. Might be wrong, but I'm sure I heard that recently.

He could get a DUI. Does this guy really need a machine in his truck to enable him to go to work?? I have no problem with the machine, just get the law straightened out then add the machine thingy .

I do know a guy that got a dui in his front yard on a lawnmower. He was a known alcoholic and a trooper watched him leave a gas station right close to his house with out a seat belt. The fellow got home poured the gas he had just bought in, slammed 4 high life’s grabbed another and proceeded to cut grass. Trooper pulls up after all that time to ticket him and arrested his ass. It was dismissed but it sure happened.
