I just can't believe that the "State of Auburn" shirts didn't surface again... what's up with that??? They’re still in a state of shock, denial, and down right depression. They just knew ole gus had righted the ship and had finally topped Saban, then the whole world unraveled, they lose the SEC Championship, lose to a “flash in the pan” UCF team, Bama wins the NC AFTER the barn loss...Then to top it all off they give that goof a 7mil contract. No wonder the ALDEER barners are all in a bad mood all the time.

Settled for a big girl. Settled for Gus. Makes sense... Ha yea I settled for far less than a big girl. Hey by the way DW said his cows that calved a few months after his dove shoot all had midget shaped human heads. He asked me to tell you that you're not invited back if you gonna rape all his cows. I mean you get out for a little bit and go and do that. Just sick man Dayum that was funny.

They just don't make them in size 12 dwarf for you All this BS started when you took it personal, I bet you were the bully in school. This forum is a fun place to banter back and forth for your school without having to attack the other guy personally. It kinda takes the fun out of it.

Awbern judges a successful season on beating Alabama, they don't care about any kind of championships. Keep telling that story maybe someone other than a Bama fan will believe it. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha You were saying?

They hope the outcome changes this time..... Yes..... It took me at least 4 seconds to find that. I'm sure that the 2016 Alabama baseball teams (who finished 5'th in the West) game with Maryland would draw much better ratings than say the 2008 Iron Bowl that broke the Tubby streak. With that said, you are saying those schedules are put together to draw ratings which means according to that programming Iron Bowl wins draw Auburn fans like flies. You are actually kinda proving my point.

And of course there's the fact that Auburn administrators fell all over themselves to give Gus a contract extension and a raise from 3.85 to 7 million annually just days after the Iron Bowl last year. Of course that's only after every journalist in the know was talking about Auburn firing him just two weeks before in the event that Amen Corner went south for them. http://www.theplainsman.com/article/2017/12/column-retaining-gus-malzahn-the-right-move-for-auburn Column: Retaining Gus Malzahn the right move for Auburn
Seven weeks ago, I called for Auburn to fire head football coach Gus Malzahn, citing his inability to beat his rivals in big games. At the time, Malzahn was a combined 4-9 against LSU, Georgia and Alabama, and had won just one of his last eight games against those opponents.
Since then, all he’s done is convincingly defeat his two biggest rivals while both were ranked No. 1 in the College Football Playoff rankings, showing he’s worth every penny of his 7-year, $49 million contract extension.

The evidence seems to be pretty overwhelming but that's ok, it's not out of the ordinary to obsess over beating your biggest rival. It's just sad to deny it when it's so blatantly obvious.

And I guarantee that ass whooping last year means more to you than beating UGA in a meaningless title game that bama lucked into.

Actually I was in the woods hunting and didn’t even watch the game. As banged up as they were and Auburn playing well and in possession of the best front 7 in college football last year not to mention the crowd noise, I knew it would be an uphill battle.
The two most angry fanbases as a result of Bama getting into the playoffs is Auburn and Ohio State. Both programs are solely responsible for it happening.

I bet you the score of the iron bowl is plastered all over the bama weight room. I promise you the pain of that loss lingers more than the joy of winning rings.
