it has a 2 5/16 ball. Not sure of the tongue weight but I pull it with 1/2 ton truck without any problems.

It is road worthy enough to be pulled somewhere and left but I am not sure if it could be pulled back and forth. 2 tires were replaced within the last couple of years and the others have good thread. text me at 334-850-4522 for pics.
