I was asleep so i missed the draft, I got stuck with a couple injured players, we can trade players right?

Well I got Levion Bell as my 1st. string RB. so I tired to get rid of him which I shouldn't have done since I have no idea how to drop and trade players, while I was at it I tried to trade off my 1st. string QB, anyway I have ended up with only 9 players and one of those is Bell who probably won't play a down until the 10th. game and then his linemen are going to be so pissed at him he will never make a yard.....
I will try to get it figured out before the end of the season...
