I prefered Nike over UA for long underwear. NO MORE. That stuff is $70-$100 a set. I own three. NO MO!

Nike is so much more than shoes. Nike Golf is HUUUGGGGEEEE. That's a different demographic entirely. Didn’t they end that a few years ago? Quit making clubs and balls anyway. Tiger still wears Nike clothes, but hits TaylorMade clubs and Bridgestone balls

I read something this evening that, if true, is more maddening...
Supposedly their selection was whittled down to a short list including the one-armed linebacker from UCF last year. So they selected Kaepernick over him????
We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.

Nike doesn’t make shoes for man feet. Too narrow. Sissy shoes. Heck with em! Never had a problem with Air Maxes.

Clem old buddy, I think your under estimating this one. No one that is offended by this Anti Military, anti Police, anti flag , race dividing POS is going to spend their money with Nike after this. I find it highly offensive. They want to play politics..then I sincerely hope they are ready to pay the price.
For those of you looking..heres Nike CEO's email address:
mark.parker@nike.com
Heres the letter I wrote. I do STAND for what I believe..and just like I wont watch the NFL though I used to love Sundays loafing and watching football, I will NOT buy any more NIKE gear.
Hello,
Sadly, I write this is a NIKE shirt, shorts and shoes...THAT I WILL NEVER WEAR AGAIN. My wife and I LIVE in NIKE gear...but no longer.
When in some misguided idea you CHOOSE Colin Kapernick: the hater, race divider , and anti law enforcement promoter as the poster child for your product...you LOST US as a customer.
There are lots of other choices...Ill go to their product from now on.
I am boycotting your product, along with MILLIONS of other PROUD, non RACIST , PRO Law enforcement Americans.
That GUY Kneels during the Anthem, wears socks showing police as PIGS yet you think he is the face for your product? Im speechless.
"Stand for some thing even if it costs you EVERYTHING?"
If you were looking for an NFL player who DID that..his name would be PAT TILLMAN, a GREAT AMERICAN VETERAN and ex NFL player..who left the NFL to SERVE his country...not divide it.
Disgusting move and you will see it. Your stocks have dropped 4.2 BILLION today already...trust me..it wont be coming back!
We will see how you all feel....you wanted to "Stand for something " I guess too. I truly hope it "costs your company EVERYTHING"...then you can actually live by your motto.
You will see this is the WORST move you could ever make.
I own A LOT of stocks, and if I was a stock holder Id be calling for your resignation immediately. I hope you lose your job, your company go bankrupt and your competitors eat your market share. You deserve it. What size are all those shorts, shirts, and shoes you aren't going to be wearing anymore? If they're L/XL and 11s I might know a guy that'll dispose of them for you.

I'm glad I own absolutely no Nike apparel. To the best of my knowledge there are no Nike products at my house. The Kapernick thing just blows it completely out of the water for me. This is another part of why I don't buy Nike products. Nike Be TrueNike - Population Control - Planned ParenthoodY'all go ahead and purchase their over priced sweatshop clothing if you want to, but I have been out on them for a long time. I would love it if Nike and Dick's Sporting Goods is non existent in 2019. I know, that's not going to happen, but it sure sounds nice.

Ya want em? Ill sell em to you. Shorts, wick dri shirts and even NEW sweat pants. Heck I havent even worn them yet! 2 pairs. My wife has the shirts with the big NIKE symbol on front. She said shed be embarrassed to wear them now. And shorts too. Let me know well be hapy to unload them and buy some from their competitors. Womens mediums if ya know anyone looking for that too. We like to stand on principle. Not just think about how nice their product is for US...but what the company stands for. And if it isnt what we believe in then screw em. A company plays political games and offends our way of thinking we surely dont patronize them. I guess ole Colin Kapernick standing for what he believes in is a lot better for some folks who dont care about chiat. Kneeling for the Anthem, being anti police..heck who cares as long as they have what I LIKE! Sorry , but if your anti POLICE, anti National Anthem, pro the BLM movement burning down stuff, rioting and assualting LEOs? you dont get my money. Lots of companies out there not being political. Just like Levi struass. Doing business with BLOOMBERG.. EX Mayor Freaking Bloomberg of NEW YORK CITY? Piss on em. I got some 34 x 32 inch Levis for sale...you want them too??? I mean heck..they only want our guns. You can wear them BOW HUNTING after their done taking your guns. Freaking great! Forgive me, but Im PRO national Anthem, PRO police, PRO ICE, NON racist, against burning and freaking looting over court found legitimate shootings, and most importantly PRO 2nd Amendment. And yall wonder why even in the MINORITY...the left ( the DEMS) kicks ass and gets their agenda through? Because they actually do STAND for what they believe. They are the ones applying pressure to all these companies..Dicks, Levis, Nike..you name it. And not many..a VOCAL MINORITY. Its because the RIGHT is too busy just in self gratification and gives them no resistance. If yall just send some emails or calls it would help. It certainly wouldnt HURT. But NO, the RIGHT just will keep buying product from people FINANCING THEIR OWN RIGHTS GETTING HINDERED. Freaking insanity...but whatever. Just as long as your happy with the deal. Should I send you some NIKE FREAKING KNEE PADS TOO..you might want to kneel next time ya hear that ole Anthem playing too! ODO out. Rant over. Heck...might as well just send you donation staright to Bloombergs cause yourself..save the middle man. ( Oh and his cause is YOU...UNARMED!) Yep standing on principle is HARD and inconvenient..especially if it means you have to sacrifice wearing that NIKE logo and doing that free advertising for a company that promotes everything youre against! Or walking across the AISLE to the Wrangler section instead of Levis. MEANWHILE The libs are in the senate raising hell, lobbying all these companies, marching in the streets..but what the heck right? Or not watching NFL..(but wait..I love just sleeping , eating and watching football on Sundays..what will I do!?) And yall wonder why we have the House, the Senate and the Presidency and are still losing this thing??? Its because half the dang conservatives wont stand for chiat...and that's a SAD, SAD, fact.

These people hate our country and are no different to me than ISIS or Al Qaeda. For Nike to have someone like this to be their spokesperson makes zero sense.

Some are praising Nike as being courageous. Main stream media and Hollywood will praise. The entitlement groups, mindless followers, and youth will soak it up like a sponge. But why? It's pretty obvious to me. This is a Progressive Movement tactical move to advance the whole "social justice" and "BLM" trends that stalled with the Kapernick backlash and the Trump Presidency. Progressives leaders are patient, they plan and they are very deliberate and tactical. Never think they are not.
I'm guessing that the idea was pitched to Nike or leverage applied by an outside group to make it happen...and Nike being so image conscious ran the metrics and decided it was worth it. Or if the idea was internal that means enough corporate progressives signed on to make it happen. They are pushing the narrative of Kapernick as a victim, as if he was virtuous in his kneeling protest. It's a false narrative. But it's one that will rally certain groups and gain visible high praise. High praise sells products. It's obvious that Nike doesn't care what a small portion of people think.
Sadly hard working people who are focused on their careers, family and their futures are too busy to stay mad for the most part. Kids love Nike like they do Under Armour and other brands. Parents will buy Nike stuff. At least this is what Nike is betting on...that the backlash will be short term. If not then guess what...they will pull the ad and run a new Americana theme until all is ok again. America has a short memory overall...not necessarily Aldeer.
Nike did spit in the face of many of us and to patriots.
I'll gladly boycott Nike personally, but for basketball there are no better shoes for competitive performance. My boys have tried them all. Nike is far superior. Hate to say it but me buying bball shoes will continue for a few years for my kids. Clothing and gear...there are tons of great options.
If enough people in the USA market eliminated or greatly reduce their Nike purchases, it will make an impact. Won't hurt Nike hard but would be noticed.

Alabamahuntress is right, it is anyone's right to express their opinion. This freedom was paid in full with the blood of our brave soldiers. I have my own principles, nike nor the n f l will not see another one of my hard earned dollars. I know it won't hurt either one but I will be able to close my eyes at night with a clearer concience. God, family & country, pretty simple. It just breakes my heart to see where this great land of ours is headed.

34 x 32 hell yeah! Just my size. I bet we can make a deal! I kinda figured youd like em from your past posts. I guess you want the knee pads too huh? Your used knee pads?... Nah sounds a little unsanitary, thanks though.

Has anyone else noticed all the servicemen that are supporting this? I haven't seen the first one to persecute what's his face or Nike.

Still hanging out there......Alabama's gear contract....
Quietly in 2013, Alabama inked an extension with the Beaverton, Oregon-based corporation that runs through 2025. Unlike previous deals, Alabama never announced the deal signed in early September 2013 by Bill Battle, in his first year as Alabama's athletics director.
The 2013 extension increased the value for Alabama, though not near the raises Texas, Ohio State and UCLA got a few years later.
All told, Alabama's deal that runs through 2025 is worth $63 million in apparel and cash plus a $5 million signing bonus. That works out to $5.25 million a year compared to $18.7 million a year for UCLA and more than $16 million a year for both Ohio State and Texas.
