If a situation outside of our county is bad enough that we have to get involved, then we need to do everything we can to protect our american servicemen and keep them out of harm's way. We should always try to avoid civilian casualties if possible, but if completing the mission as expeditiously as possible, while protecting our guys means substantial collateral damage, then so be it. Police your own problems and we wont have to come police it for you. If the situation gets so bad that we do have to come police it for you, we will protect our guys and do what has to be done to end it as quickly as possible, while permanently eliminating whatever we feel to be a threat or the root cause of the problem. In other words, if we have to come to your house and you're not a part of the fight, you'd dang well better not be at home with those that are.
