We are in Orange Beach. Scheduled to leave in the morning but we are probably going to leave tonight. Panama City has mandatory evacuation by 6 am so I’m concerned about traffic headed North tomorrow.

231 and 331 are gonna be a mess. I suspect I-10 will also be bad.

Go west young man.
I-10 to I-59 to Tuscaloosa. Further yes, but probably quicker.

Not sure if it's true or not but I spoke with my mom earlier and someone put on Facebook that Jim Cantore was seen at the air port in Tallahassee.

All of Baldwin County is under a tropical storm warning. I worked in Creola, North Mobile County, today from 11 am to 4 pm. Even that far inland there was a nice steady breeze. Also, fairly cloudy with a couple of showers. The last one was a down pour that caught me about 700 feet from the truck.

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

We are in Pensacola right now, just got here yesterday and didn't even know about the hurricane rolleyes Going to wait till the update in the morning and then get outta here if it shifts more West. Went to the beach today and it was ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH....no swimming in that mess. Ended up taking the little one to the bay side.

In Walton county Florida they are saying most stations are out of gas. I just got back from Niceville and the idiots on the roads are out doing themselves today.

Step grand son just graduated basic Navy training and is in Pensacola for next level training. We are proud of him and worried by the storm heading his way.

We have a condo in PCB and we "battened down the hatches" this morning and came home. Hwys weren't too crowded yet, and gas was available everywhere we passed. Most of the residents in our condo said the local grocery stores were out of almost everything this morning. The residents have no intention of leaving, and they plan on riding it out. I asked them to keep me posted on conditions and keep check on our condo. BTW-The waves were huge this morning! The sound of the surf made leaving tough.

Nah, I try to avoid that chit. You'll have to ask the North Alabama guys.
