Broward County officials mixed up the provisional ballots. Provisional ballots are ballots that are cast where there is a question about the voters eligibility to vote . They go to the courthouse and are checked and cross checked to see if they are legit and should be counted. Many are "thrown out" , some are counted. Reports say those crooks after opening and sorting, mixed them all together and now they can't be matched with who cast them . They were counting them all! That kinda stuff supposed to get you a trip to jail!
