The way I see it, if a team member of Alabama's opponent decides to adopt the policy of "that's tackle football" in regards to intentionally targeting an injured knee in an effort to cause a debilitating season/career ending injury … then OK, that becomes the accepted policy for that game. If that player remains on the field, then he is subject to the policy he apparently thinks is A-OK. If they really did attempt to cave his knee in backwards, then I would have no problem with the same occurring to him.
