The way I see it, if a team member of Alabama's opponent decides to adopt the policy of "that's tackle football" in regards to intentionally targeting an injured knee in an effort to cause a debilitating season/career ending injury … then OK, that becomes the accepted policy for that game. If that player remains on the field, then he is subject to the policy he apparently thinks is A-OK. If they really did attempt to cave his knee in backwards, then I would have no problem with the same occurring to him.

I wouldn't argue with that at all. You know when you suit up and hit the field you and the 10 other guys out there on your side are all targets of the other team
