They want the officer who shot the Bradford man lynched.
That officer might be guilty of civil negligence but he committed no crime.
These people - that tribe, caused a major altercation and disturbance in a public shopping mall, engaged in a shootout, Bradford was running through the mall with a gun and he therefore was not completely innocent.
I look forward to the details of what the Bradford man was doing, what was his involvement in the altercation, did he have a license to CC, what is his criminal record (his father infers he had been living a bad life in the past) and exactly what was he doing when he was shot.
******** Btw, threatening "war" is not legitimate First Amendment activity. Neither is assaulting the security guards at the mall, or harassing people at their homes. Or marching into private businesses or blocking access to anyone's business, street or home.

Thing is, I'm sympathetic with the family. I've already formed an opinion (which could be entirely wrong) but I figure that cop was one those Gung Ho, Chuck Norris wannabees, anxious to prove himself a stone cold badass. I see him as one of those arrogant picks who uses his badge to compensate for a little dick. I'm sure there's plenty of others, like me, who share that opinion, but these dumazz protesters have made me dispise them as much as any little dick with a badge and a bad attitude. They're too stupid to realize that they're alienating the public who would otherwise agree with them.
I agree...to an extent. The kid who was shot was probably trying to defend his friend. But when an officer sees a man running with a gun in a crowded mall moments after a shooting, he really only has one choice - take him out. The kid was going after someone with intent to start shooting in a crowded mall and the police can't allow a wild west shoot out. There was already one bystander shot in this incident, a 12 YO girl. If two IDOTS start shooting at each other, more innocent people would have been injured or killed. I am making assumptions in the above scenario, but I believe this is close to the truth of what happened that night. You're absolutely right. And it's totally critical to determine if the officer identified himself. If he did, the shooting might be a terrible accident. If he did not, then he murdered a good Samaritan. I had a discussion at lunch about this situation. I was told that the police were close when the initial shooting occurred and that they DID tell E J Bradford to stop before firing their weapon.

I'd rather go to hell than Hoover even before this. You do realize there is more to Hoover than Hwy 31 between 65 and the Galleria?

Where’s the timeline of events that took place in this incident? Stating who was involved and how things unfolded.

Despite my best attempts to avoid it, I can't help but have to pass through periodically. Subdivisions and strip malls aren't my cup of tea, but I suppose some like traffic and sprawl.

some of ya'll are making assumptions you can't back up. Ya'll do know about assumptions, don't ya????? I agree....they are. But they’re not out raising hell on the street and in businesses about their ASSUMPTIONS. I think most everyone has a storyline in their head, but no one knows for sure just yet. I feel for the family, but these protesters are scum of the earth.... I typed out a lot more but then erased it due to it costing me my job. All I’ll say is.....I live in Hoover and a protester has not blocked me on the road or cornered me in a business, or you would’ve heard about it.
This is Aldeer! The place people come to vent their frustrations and completely change their stance a few minutes later...

Did I see correctly that when they 'protested' at Sam's, the law enforcement told Sam's management they would have to request action to move (or remove) people blocking the doors? And that the Sam's management declined?
If so then that's clearly the mentality of the companies today — allow this to happen, don't complain, don't get the police to do anything, let the paying patrons and shoppers be "inconvenienced" and why? To avoid the "negative publicity" and potential boycotts, marches and social media "outrage" about Sam's or Buffalo Wild Wings or whatever business stepping on these po' folks "peaceful" protests.
If a group of people stormed into Applebee's or Chili's yelling and marching and causing a scene about their belief of some social injustice, they'd be tossed out and possibly charged.
And yet ...
Shame on Hooer PD if this is true. They are looking for someone to fall on the sword for them doing their damn jobs. Lets all go down to Sam's and do the same thing and I guaran-damn-tee will be on the phone with Wiley asking him to come bail us out.

The mystery policy officer could live in Pelham or Helena and all the focus turned this way. Heads up!!! What are they going to shut down in Helena, the 8 pizza places? And they couldn’t get in because the trains would block them.

If I lived or owned a business in Hoover I'd be raising hell at city hall for them to protect MY ass and not the damn protesters. Sorry ass policeing and spineless mayor.
Hoover police were the only police that NEVER stopped to check on me if I stopped someone in their jurisdiction. Every other jurisdiction the officers would stop to check on my welfare. Never, not once, in Hoover.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
