Buncha dumbazz hunters that cry about everything from reporting deer to being checked in Bama. Buncha little crybabies. Be responsible, follow the laws and you won't have problems. Do you want laws enforced or not????
" I think a lot of it is BS stories from hunters. Year hear about it on ALDEER so it has to be true. I highly doubt, GW's are going to write tickets based on laws that don't exist. Are they going to make mistakes, yes, are some assholes, yes. Are there hunters that are full of schit and make stuff up, yes."
X100 So when they gave 1 hunter a warning for having a loaded rifle in his truck, on private property no less, and told another they went through a cooler in the back of his truck "to make sure there wasn't any beer in it", just which laws were they enforcing exactly? I just don't believe it. We already know, they have no respect for the law (Hunting over bait). Any thought on rather they were being truthful about the rest just went out the window. Is speeding or having a busted tail light no respect for the law?

When I was a teen we had 2 wardens in Marshall County and one was an absolute asshole. ABSOLUTE asshole. The other guy was as nice as could be. Both are retired now. When I grew up in a three county area we had GW Tyson in Dallas (enough said), Brooks in Autauga (arrested for gill netting along with other game and fish violations), and Pasqually in Lowndes (arrested for cattle rustling).

Every long gun I own with a mag has that mag loaded up, nothing in the chamber, but why would I empty the magazine ever, unless I'm changing ammo?
Shotgun, rifle, every single one.

And Tyson was the good one believe it or not. The other one working Dallas County at the time was diddling a little girl. His stepdaughter if memory serves me right. Tyson just went telephoning with friends of mine one weekend and then arrested them for it the next.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I know for a fact that riding around on club, lease or private land with a loaded gun is legal. I can absolutely guarantee it.

It cost me $1500.00 in lawyer fee but they did drop it before it went ti jury trial. I am assuming you believe there has to be a dead deer in your truck before they can call it hunting with aide of a motorized vehicle? If they think youre hunting while youre riding around, they will charge you and let you plead your case in the courtroom.

Yeup....thats why i said in the other thread that a rifle with a loaded magazine but no round in chamber WAS STILL a loaded gun. And they always check my cooler for beer. I dont even drink. I think they check it to see if u have it, if u do, then they are gonna make sure you aint drinking. I always assumed everyone knew you cant get drunk and hunt lol

And as far as i know, it is illegal to ride around anywhere with a loaded gun except your concealed carry weapon with permit. Folks want to argue, well let them argue with the court lol. I dont care what the law says. The officers dont want you with any loaded gun besides personal carry. The days when you can ride around with a loaded single shot in the back window are gone im afraid. Better not load anything til your out off the road and ready to hunt. The first thing they ask is if its laoded, then why its loaded.

I guess intent isn't in a GW book of rulez. Riding around with a loaded gun isn't illegal sticking said loaded gun out the window and aiming at a deer is. Why does a fish cop have a different set of laws than a regular cop in regards to a loaded weapon? I've had LEO ask if the AR in my truck was loaded when I told him it was he said good it's hard to protect yourself with a empty rifle.
Keep your booger hooker off the bang switch.
