Sounds like you need a minivan X2.....toyota sienna can be found in awd........But, if you must have a suv, I can’t believe you’d look at anything else other than a Yukon XL Denali! After all it will hold 2 cow elk quartered up in the cargo space and they have a really nicely designed spare tire carrier I would avoid a Sienna like the plague.............single worst vehicle I have ever owned. If you must go the minivan route, the Honda Odyssey is really the only option.

Have to disagree with Gomer. God has blessed my wife and I with three boys aged 7, 5, & 17 months. All were planned and we couldn't be happier! Congrats to you rst87 and the Mrs. I pray for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. God Bless!

Vans are awesome. Been thinking about getting a second one. We have 3 kids and the doors and DVD player easy seating a storage is awesome.

He k out Buick Enclave too. We love the one we have We almost bought one last year. By far the most comfortable and quietest vehicle we test drove. Just couldn't get past the lack of acceleration.

if you are a truck purist, sequoia is the last full sized suv built on a true truck frame. Huh? GM has a 1 ton suburban for fleet customers, I don't know what's more "truck" than something designed from the factory to get armored. The regular 1/2 ton suburbans are built on modified Silverado frames in Texas. you're correct, I am not. that was, at one time, a Toyota selling point for sequoia, but manufacturers have returned to fully boxed frames with trucks being #1 selling vehicles in the US (instead of hybrid frames).
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

The 4 runner isn’t going to work for a family of 5. The highlander is a great mom vehicle, but 5 people are not going to have room for anything but them and the person in the 3rd row seat isn’t going to be comfortable when they hit about age 8. The sequoia is the way to go with that many people if you go Toyota.
The Tahoe/Yukon doesn’t have any room behind the 3rd row seat. I mean none. My wife has drive one or the other for 15 years. She loves it, but if you use the 3rd row, you have to use a roof carrier or a hitch basket for luggage. I would look at Suburban/Yukon XL is I had 3 kids.
Don’t buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had one, it was the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Piece of shucks. Plus it isn’t big enough for that many people.
Remember, those kids are going to get a lot bigger before she gets rid of it. Sounds like the only choice is a school bus
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

1>Mazda CX-9
2>Sequoia
3>Expedition
When my kids were young we had a Honda van. Great vehicle, the ride was good, plenty of room.
No to Jeep.

Nissan Armada or Toyota Sequoia

This wasn’t on your list but the Honda Pilot is really nice. We have 3 kids and have traveled to Disney world and numerous trips to the beach. It has plenty of room and gets great gas mileage (27 on the highway) Also as a side note Serra Honda in Sylacauga was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I emailed the internet sales guy, and told him exactly what I wanted and if he could do XXXXX out the door price. He emailed me back in about an hour and said he would do the price and my vehicle would be ready to pick up by 1pm the next day.

Sounds like you need a minivan Just not a minivan guy. I’m not above buying a 4-door Z71 and putting her in it. Then try out a Tundra Crew Cab. It's roomy.
