Joshm28 if your hunting anwhere near the areas i believe that you are....it may simply be a product of the area. Ive seen this first hand in areas that dont have a very high density...you can bend over backwards and they still want act right...youll eventually catch one make a mistake.....but you gotta hang in tight and as often as possible. Good luck..ive been there.

Well I’m not quite as frustrated as I was. I probably should have let this one walk due to age but the monkey was getting awful heavy. First buck I’ve shot on this property in 3 years. I had pictures of him on another plot almost every night for the past week. I sat on the plot I shot him in due to does showing up the past couple evenings before dark. A smaller buck walked out at 10 till 5 and while I was watching him the 10 walked out. Didn’t take me long to make up my mind. ![[Linked Image]](http://a64.tinypic.com/2r7nh3c.jpg) 150+ He weighs an 150 lbs, at least.
