^^^^THIS^^^ Training mask and weight vest. Start off with mask configured for 3000' and build up in altitude, 20lbs in the weight vest to start, Walk at least 2 miles 3-4 days a week up and down, not flat. Stairs, stadium steps, stairwells, etc.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
