Dont know about the law but I hope ticket is high enough to make him fix it. I dont care if you have a catalytic converter or not but his truck does not need to sound like a pulp wood truck.

so, just reading these inputs, what is the general aldeer view on EGR / DPF deletes? many benefits to the engine. other engine mods can (CAN) follow but the EGR / DPF delete goes against the EPA also.

What gets me is most of the goobers around here with obnoxiously loud trucks also have hunting stickers/decals all over them....someone needs to explain the value of being able to sneak around the woods without scaring everything within 3 miles into hiding. There's one jackass that hunts some public land I've hunted that routinely rides around in a stupid-loud cummins dodge. you can literally hear him from a few miles away. He'll ride a few hundred yards, stop and cut it off for 10-15 minutes, then crank that loud POS up and drive another couple hundred yards, then rinse and repeat. infuriating

Does that make the truck loud? If not I dont care. I also dont care if you never wash it or change the oil. As long as it is not obnoxiously loud and the brakes and lights work I am fine.

Those dodges are the loudest, most obnoxious trucks out there. There's one in the Helena are that literally hurts my ears when I'm nearby. I want to shoot the tires on that turds truck.

I swear Tahoe douche in Pville rides around in 4-low just so he can hit max rpm and not get a speeding ticket.

Catalytic converters, cut the guts out and weld it back up. Straight pipes sound better with four on the floor.

I was waiting to see who posted this first. I guess it’s not cool to wear a high viz vest and have bright LED headlights when riding something that you are pretty much dead if hit by a vehicle. Yes loud pipes and black leather makes more sense.

Awe man...I remember my 67 chevy truck with the glass packs. She was sweet!!!!!! I had a friend that would uncap the headers on his Dodge Charger with a 440. That thing would talk to ya!!!!!!! LOL!
