For those of you that want lock boxes without spending $30-40ea, these circuit breaker boxes work well. Years ago when cams were bigger, i used ammo cans. With smaller cams I was lioking for something different and noticed the size of these boxes at HD. Grabbed a couple, came home and decided to Google it, sure enough people using them. The 60amp bx was $12. The 30amp, $9.
Just used my Dremmel to cut

Obviously the boxes aren't perfect size but, to save 30 bucks, I csn deal with it. The face of the 30A boxes are better since the raised portions not as large so, you can get away with cutting less metal. The box jas a lag bolt, cable lock, and a master lock. Should be safe from bears and elk...

I made 2, the 2nd trimmed to fit 2 specific cams. I think the first will accommodate most cams

I have one near on my front gate. I used a old 5 gallon bucket that was split down one side. Folks dump trash there all the time so I just used what they left. There are some old tires, shingles and an office chair too. Nobody pays it any attention, but it has been taking pictures of everything that comes or goes from that gate for 3 years.

security via obscurity.

I love my country, but don't trust my government.
