Fraternity yes. Cult in the sense of the way most view a cult no.
Some of the posts are ridiculous on this matter. It isn’t about riding a freaking goat. If Masons, Scottish Rite and Shriners that attempt to help others in the community, children etc are a cult than let it be so. There is certainly no ill will done upon others. I know.
