One local had a small pen and raised / let out boocoo northern deer in the area as it has been told too me by a lifetime local. Most of the big deer I am aware of that have been killed within close proximity of the former small pen. The highfence on scretty road had a fence get washed out via flood a couple years ago. It may have been free range but the torn ear sure is SUSPECT.
