MC, that has to be one of the dumbest comments made on Aldeer. it's a freakin thug movie, not a western.   Millenial mind at work? Say what you want the plot line has the criteria’s that would make a good western. Family member gets killed by an outlaw gang, so the other family memebers take the law into their own hands to get revenge and take out the outlaw gang. That’s basically the plot to Tombstone Yeah similar plot, but four brothers is a much better movie than Tombstone 😁

Quigley was a western, Quigley was a cowboy hired by an Aussie. They had never seen a Sharpes.
Sellect played several Western roles that were great, but not made for the big screen, as has Sam Elliot.

Quick and the dead
The Sacketts was a great movie. The Shadow Riders, Sacketts, Conager , Crossfire Trail and the Quick and the Dead were all Louis Lamour westerns made into movies. Those were all good movies, but as a kid and during my teenage years I read everything Louis L Amour had written up until then. The movies were good, but the books were all better. It would be hard to make a bad movie based off of a book written by LAmour.

Quigley has to be on the list Is that the movie were Magnum pi was shooting the 65 Creed. Just joking. That was a good movie. I wish they'd make more cowboys movies now a days. I just rewatched the new magnificent 7 tonight. Larry is quick and the dead an old movie. I know they made a version with Sharon stone. Didn't know there was an older version though.

An old Lee Van Cleef movie called "Death rides a horse" & a Raquel Welch movie Bandalero were 2 goodies ax well. Jimmy Stewart,Dean Martin,Dub Taylor were also in Bandalero. Come to think of it,Western or not, I like anything Ms. Raquel starred in. You left out Hannie Caulder
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids
