I would build a very detailed storyline using google earth (or something similar) by showing aerial photos/maps that depict exact locations and measurements. Detail it further with stand pictures and feeder area pictures showing evidence of the distance between them. Include pics of the road that may be deemed un-drivable which required you to drag the deer to a particular location. Use everything in your power to make your case. As mentioned previously, this case could very well set a precedent.

So if the pic had been taken at night would he have written you for night hunting as well? The burden of proof is on the state and I’d damn sure make him prove it.

it's NOT illegal to take a pic of a dead deer laying beside a PILE of corn, nor in the back of a truck where corn spilled a week ago two states away. Boom. Close thread now! I agree. This too below.
