Can you elaborate on the issue with the crosshairs? Sounds like he just didn't like the 4k

Can you elaborate on the issue with the crosshairs? That reticle has a floating center crosshair, which some folks don't like I guess.

Can you elaborate on the issue with the crosshairs? I will elaborate for him and if anything I tell you is any different he can correct me when he gets back on here. There is not an "issue" with the "crosshairs" on the scope. This scope is brand new and it is in 100% perfect condition. The issue lies with the guy's eyes. The "crosshairs" or the reticle looks exactly like the PIC above. It has the 3 heavy posts and the thinner center vertical post. The guy that bought this scope from me says that he has an eye issue and after purchasing he later got concerned about being able to see the thinner part of the reticle during a hunting situation or on late evenings. The scope has the illuminated reticle so when it gets late the reticle lights up perfectly. There are about 10 different settings on the illumination so that you can control the intensity level of the illumination. If I'm wrong on his issue with the "crosshairs" I'm sure he will correct me. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the scope itself. ![thumbup thumbup](/forum/images/graemlins/default/grinning-smiley-003.gif)

The reason I sold this scope to begin with is that I wanted a custom ballistic turret that is set up in yardage to go on it. Kenton Industries makes them. Problem is that they don't make a turret for the R2 series scopes yet. They do for the R1 and the R1r series. Meopta makes a turret for the R2 but it is not set up in yardage. It's set up in MOA and you have to use a ballistic calculator and dial your clicks. Also their turret is a 3 level turret and I didn't want a 3 level turret. I sold this brand new scope and purchased a new Meopta Meostar R1r in 3-12 x 56 mm that is at Kenton Industries right now being outfitted with a new custom turret. This R2 that the Op has for sale is a Rolls Royce among scopes. Meopta's glass will rival anyone's out there. This is a great deal on this scope for someone! ![thumbup thumbup](/forum/images/graemlins/default/grinning-smiley-003.gif)

As many folks as I had contact me about this scope, it's hard for me to believe it is still here. ![rolleyes rolleyes](/forum/images/graemlins/default/rolleyes.gif) The OP will deal on the asking price listed in his ad, I'm pretty sure. This is a really nice scope. ![thumbup thumbup](/forum/images/graemlins/default/grinning-smiley-003.gif)
