we've got people who have been here for years that get here at 7:05-7:15 and even one who drags in around 8 most days. My boss thanked me one day for always being on time but yet won't say anything to all of the folks who come in late. I don't understand it at all. Could be the new generation of kids, or the past generation of parents with that "let it slide" mentality.
