Office job was what turned me from a fat man into an obese man. I walked a dozen steps from my air conditioned car to my air conditioned office and worked editing video and producing local TV shows sometimes as long as 17 hours in a day. I could adjust my hours though to be late the next morning but I worked so much I didn't have any time to do anything else. I gained about 80 lbs in the first 2 years.
