Reken they will suspend the license before the first day of gun season after everyone has purchased one? Exactly what just happened with the snook in my area and neighboring 2 counties. Sold a ton of snook tags, then extended the suspension another year Wow...
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

So, if you're not baiting but your neighbor is and you are unknowingly within the "area" of his bait you can get a ticket. How the Hell did this provision remain valid in this process?
Yeah that's some BS they should've cleared up. Like if your neighbor is baiting just across the line, u shouldn't be fined for it, cause after all you'd have to be trespassing on your neighbor's property to know that it's there, but yet you're supposed to know that it's there 🤣🤣🤣 No, you can’t be held liable for what your neighbor does on his land, and he can’t keep you from using all of your land. You say this a lot, but do you really think if your neighbor top sows 250lbs of wheat per acre, which is perfectly legal, that you can stand two feet away across the property line and dove hunt?

WHO gets written the ticket if your 4 year old says screw the man I aint spending my candy money on a baiting license? Do they write the 4 year old miscreant a ticket????? It doesn't matter. Chucky already made his intentions clear. This is just the first step to eliminating all exemptions.

Thanks for pointing this out, i’m going to build a rifle range in my front yard and shoot my guns all up in the city limits since it is my land amd there are no laws to prevent me from enjoying every square inch of it.

Tell that to anybody that wants to add a couple of extra bedrooms to their home when any part of the structure will be within 10 feet of the property lines in almost any city or town.

You can be ticketed for anything, but if it doesn’t stand in court it doesn’t count.
Sure it counts. I count up the money I'll lose from missing a day of work. I also count the court cost that I'd probably still have to pay regardless of a guilt or innocent ruling. All because some prick with a ticket book wants to exercise a little authority, or hasn't taken the time to learn what the law actually says. Disclaimer: I know that not all LEOs are like that. Actually most I have encountered are fairly pleasant to deal with. But there is always that one...

Between gas, corn, gun, ammo, scopes, hunting lease, etc that it took for me to go bait the hogs on our place today, the $16.38 for the Bait Privilege License was THE cheapest thing involved in the equation. J/S Don’t forget Cold Beer in that...

But there is always that one... people should be allowed to make the citing officer or department pay for lost wages when they write BS tickets Ive had a few, sometimes its cheaper to just pay them than deal with the hassle. I think most officers bet on that. Who is gonna take a day off work to sit in a courtroom over a $150 ticket most just pay it like the illegal redlight cameras paying $50 is easier than a court date. I showed a Wetumpka officer the actual statute once he looks it up then says "well I dont know about that Im just gonna write the ticket and let the judge figure it out" He got a good @$$ chewing by the D.A. after my attorney had a talk with him

" No exemptions for the bait privilege license. All hunters who choose to hunt white-tailed deer and feral pigs with the aid of bait must purchase the bait privilege license regardless of their age or hunting license status. This includes hunters 65 years of age and older, those under 16 years of age, persons hunting on their own property and lifetime license holders."
I'll bet chucky was the daddy of this detail I said this would happen... who in hell makes a ten year old buy a license??? On the other hand the GW can't give a ten year old a ticket...... What a fkup.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Do they write the 4 year old miscreant a ticket????? a GW cannot write a 4 year old a ticket. He could, if he was a real ass, sign a juvenile petition and take it to juvenile court. I'd pay to hear the cussing that GW would take from the juvenile court judge as it was tossed out.
