I have an in-law who’s schizophrenic. It sounds like almost the same exact scenario. He also didn’t get bad until the last year or so. He’s doing fine now but he was just pretty much useless for a while. He’s in his 40s has his own house but just gave up an was living like a homeless person. He still has to have pretty much daily supervision to keep him on the level. Dam shame for his dad who had to take care of all this in his 70s. But everything you said matches almost to a tee with what we seen.

Mental illness is often over looked or ignored and it's a crying shame. The reason it's over looked to me is criminals like to use it as a excuse and it's easier to ignore it than deal with it. It's treatable with medication for the biggest part. Intervene and help him out.

Has a house inspection been done since he is renting from ya'll?

To live without power and water can produce some nasty conditions to live in.
How does he bathe, or does he?
Where'e he use the bathroom and what does he do with the waste?

Whole lot of health factors which could be adding to his confusion.

God Bless,
David B.

Sir, good luck with the kicking out process, the squatters seem to have more rights than they deserve

I threw one out a couple of years ago. Cops told me I couldn't throw her out....I told em I'd drag her down the driveway by the hair and roll her into the road....way the hell before they could get back up here. They left..I went to the trailer and told her she had 24 hours to get out before I wound her hair up around my fist and started dragging. She left.
