People haven't been able to play like that since that time. That's real talent when you sound better live than you do on your Studio albums.

The 90's ended country music that's when people with almost zero talent like John Michael Montgomery became superstars. And that dude can't sing at all I've seen him live 1/2 a dozen times he can't sing.... and is not really any better a musician than I am.

I think 80's and early, early 90's was the best time for country music. Earl Thomas Conley, John Conlee, Shenandoah, Hank Jr., Kenny Rogers, D.A.C., George Strait, Alan Jackson, and a host of others made their name in those decades. I know a couple were popular in the 70's as well.

Luke Bryan sucks too with his new song called knockin boots. It's as bad as his last song winner, winner catfish dinner. I'm ashamed of myself that I started a thread about liking one of his songs in the past.

Yes. Luke Bryan has the same tune/beat to almost every song he has come out with. I'm just wondering when he's going to finally come out......of the closet...

I know the younger girls think he is the king, so he sells a lot of concert tickets, shirts and probably a lot of CD's. But he is terrible. His song writers aren't any better. IMO
