Rosie’s is NOT Mexican food What is it? Americanized Mexican, next time you’re in Huntsville and want real Mexican go to El Cazador. Libby’s is the best catfish place around Madison If you want a good southern place hit Mia’s Cafe or Blue Plate Cafe I like my Messicans on the north side of the border. 😀 Rosies is good food, even if it is not authentic, like 99% of all Mexican restaurants.
